Full payment for clarity call support is required 48 hrs in advance of the call.
Full payment for email support is required at the time the email is sent in order for me to read the email and send a response. Response time will be within 24-48 hours. Best practice is to use the same email account and provider that you used to contact me, and that we’ve been communicating through, to ensure that things go smoothly and there are no issues. I am not responsible if your email service does not function properly.
As a one-woman operation, cancellations and no-shows are especially costly as well as energetically disruptive and disrespectful to my time. Therefore, there is a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
However, I do realize that sometimes there are unavoidable emergencies outside of one's control; so, If that is truly the case, there will be 2 rescheduling opportunities. Depending on the availability in my schedule, these will occur within the following 7-14 day period.
If you choose not to reschedule at all (which would constitute a change of mind and not an emergency) or if you are unable to reschedule within the designated timeframe, the cancellation fee still stands and you are free to start again fresh and book a brand new appointment that is subject to another cancellation fee.
If you do reschedule, but you cancel or miss both of your rescheduled appointments, the cancellation fee still stands and you may or may not have the opportunity to start fresh and book a brand new appointment. It depends on scheduling availability and Guidance from Spirit.
So, please be sure that you can afford to honour your agreement to meet with me for our session.
